and graduate students in Business Law, Business Ethics, and Business
Writing, Tim also has taught Contracts to Realtors at the San Diego
Association of Realtors.
Tim's own education includes a Juris Doctor law degree
(J.D.) and a Bachelor's degree in Law. While attending law school, Tim was
a certified law clerk with the State Bar Association, handling primarily real
estate matters for a local law firm. While attending UCSB, he interned on Capitol
Hill in Washington, D.C.
Tim holds a number of certificates and designations,
including the ACCREDITED RESIDENTIAL MANAGER® (ARM®)
designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®)
and the e-PRO Internet Professional certificate
from National Association of Realtors®.
